Welcome and thank you for your interest in our services. As the founder of Imperium Life Coaching, below is an introduction of who I am and how I ended up where I am today. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or wish to book an appointment.

My Background

My coaching background is probably as varied as they come. Starting out in the sports, health and fitness industry in the late 1990's, I found a passion in helping others to be the best version of themselves. A few years later, a career diversion saw me working within the prison and probation services as an advice and guidance officer. Training to NVQ level 4 in Advice and Guidance along with courses in housing advice and drug and alcohol addiction I offered a supportive service to help those who had made wrong choices in their lives get back on track with employment, training and accommodation on release. Alongside this, in my personal time,I studied Certificates in Counselling Skills and Theory, along with a Diploma in Applied Psychology.

Following the birth of my first child, I then changed career path again, training in financial advice. As a fully qualified financial adviser I set up my own paraplanning business, dealing with investments for other clients. Moving forward, I then took a break out to focus on raising my children, with additional needs. This led me down the rabbit warren of studying various holistic therapies, and an NCFE CACHE level 3 certificate in Understanding Autism.

As my children became older, I wanted to get back in to work, still with a passion for helping others to be the best version of themselves. So I decided to pull all of my experience together, and train to become a life coach. Further qualifications include Certificate in Life Coaching, Diploma in Advanced Life Coaching, Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Processing Practitioner and Master Practitioner certification and Life Coaching Adult ADHD.

From there, Imperium Life Coaching was born. I offer broad spectrum life coaching, but specialise in the areas of ADHD / Autism, abuse and female empowerment.
